Flavor Quest is a U-Drive Plus promotion where you complete themed Flavor Quests to earn digital Badges and Rewards.

Each Badge you earn unlocks a Reward. Rewards may include Sweepstakes Ballots for a chance to win the Sweepstakes Prize, or Instant Win Prizes and Discounts such as free items or Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO) offers.

You can view your Flavor Quest board, Badge progress, and available Rewards in the U-Drive App or by logging in at www.udrivecontests.com.

You earn Badges by completing Flavor Quests. Each Flavor Quest has specific requirements, such as purchasing qualifying products, visiting locations, entering a valid Bonus Code, or completing other activities during the Promotion Period using your registered U-Drive Plus account.

Once you complete all requirements for a Flavor Quest, you will automatically earn the corresponding Badge and receive a Reward.

Some Badges can be earned multiple times, while others can only be earned once. Certain Badges reset on a weekly basis.

You can view your progress and earned Badges anytime on your Flavor Quest board in the U-Drive App or by logging in at www.udrivecontests.com.

When you complete a Flavor Quest, you will earn a Badge and receive a Reward. Rewards may include Sweepstakes Ballots or an Instant Win Prize or Discount.

You may also obtain a Game Reward without making a purchase by sending a 3” x 5” card with your name, registered U-Drive Plus account number, and email address to:

Requests must be received by August 16, 2026. Limit one (1) Game Reward per request, one (1) request per outer mailing envelope, two (2) requests per person per day during the Promotion Period, and two hundred ten (210) total No Purchase Game Rewards per participant.

After completing a qualifying Flavor Quest, your Badge and Reward will typically be issued within approximately one (1) hour.

You can access and open your Badges and Rewards by logging in at www.udrivecontests.com or by using the U-Drive App.

If you have opted in to receive email notifications associated with your U-Drive Plus account, you may also receive an email when your Badge and Reward are available.

Participating products vary by Flavor Quest. Each Badge will list the specific purchase requirements needed to complete that Flavor Quest.

All qualifying purchases must be made using your registered U-Drive Plus account via the U-Drive App, Alt-ID, or physical card at a participating UDF location during the Promotion Period.

You can register for a free U-Drive Plus account at https://udf.myguestaccount.com/en-us/guest/register, or by downloading the United Dairy Farmers U-Drive App on your Apple or Android device.

Bonus Codes are special codes distributed through official UDF Promotion channels, including social media, the U-Drive App, and email communications.

When you enter a valid Bonus Code, you will receive one (1) Badge and Reward, while supplies last. Limit one (1) Badge and Reward per participant per Bonus Code.

Bonus Codes may be shared throughout the Promotion through official UDF channels, including Facebook, Instagram, the U-Drive App, and email communications from UDF.

Sweepstakes Ballots are entries into the Sweepstakes Prize drawing.

When you open a Game Reward, you may receive between ten (10) and fifty (50) Sweepstakes Ballots. Each Sweepstakes Ballot is one entry for a chance to win the Sweepstakes Prize.

Each registered U-Drive Plus member will also receive ten (10) Sweepstakes Ballots upon earning the “Welcome to the Party” Badge.

If you are selected as a potential winner of the Sweepstakes Prize, you will be contacted by the Promotion Sponsor or Administrator via email, phone, postal mail, and/or registered mail.

A minimum of three (3) attempts will be made to contact any potential winner. You must respond and complete the required documentation within the specified timeframe to claim the prize.

When you open a Game Reward and reveal an Instant Win Prize or Discount, it will automatically be loaded to the U-Drive Plus account associated with that Game Reward.

To redeem, visit a participating UDF location, select the applicable product, and complete checkout using the associated U-Drive Plus account.

Instant Win Prizes and Discounts may not be combined with any other offer. The total discount applied may not exceed the retail value of the item. Unless otherwise specified, all Instant Win Prizes and Discounts must be redeemed by August 31, 2026.

To redeem a Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO) offer, visit a participating UDF location, select two (2) qualifying items included in the offer, and use your U-Drive Plus account at checkout.

You will pay for one item and receive the second item of equal or lesser value for free.

All BOGO offers must be redeemed by August 31, 2026, unless otherwise specified.

All Badges and Rewards must be opened by August 26, 2026.

After August 26, 2026, unopened Badges and Rewards will no longer be eligible to reveal or receive any Reward or Sweepstakes Ballots.
