How do I receive a digital game play?

Obtain a digital game play when you purchase any specially marked participating product and use your registered U-Drive Plus card at any participating UDF location.

Obtain a digital game play without making a purchase by sending a 3” x 5” card legibly printed together with your name, your registered U-Drive Plus card number and your email address, to “U-Drive Christmas Cash Giveaway Game Play Request, 600 Main Street, #300, Tonawanda, NY 14151-0888”. Requests must be received by December 17, 2023. Limit one digital game ticket per request; one request per outer mailing envelope.

When will I receive my digital game play?

You should receive your digital game play direct to your email that is associated with your registered U-Drive Plus account, after making your qualifying purchase. You can also view any available digital game plays online when you Log In to your account at You must be opted in to receive emails from U-Drive Plus in order to receive your game plays. You can update your account by logging in to your U-Drive Plus account here.

What are the participating products?

Here is a full list of all the participating products. Remember, you’ll receive 1 new game play with every item purchased, only with U-Drive Plus.

How do I sign-up for an U-Drive Plus account?

You can register for U-Drive Plus at Follow the instructions to complete the sign-up form and check off that you would like to receive emails on promotions and offers. Allow up to two days in order to start receiving your digital game play after becoming an U-Drive Plus member.

How do I update my U-Drive Plus account to start receiving game plays?

You can update your account by first logging in to your U-Drive Plus account here. Then, click on Edit Profile/Add & Remove Cards. Last, scroll down and check off “I would like to receive emails on promotions and offers”, and click Submit. Please allow up to two days in order to start receiving your digital game plays.

How do I know if I am a Christmas Cash Sweepstakes winner?

If you are drawn in the sweepstakes you will receive a phone call or email from us with further instructions to claim your prize. Please note that we will contact you using the information you provided on your U-Drive Plus account. A maximum of three attempts will be made to contact any winner.

How do I redeem my instant prize?

When you open your digital game play and reveal an instant win prize message, your prize will automatically be loaded onto your U-Drive Plus account. To redeem product prizes, visit a participating UDF location, pick-up the product and bring to checkout. Then use your U-Drive Plus card when checking out to receive your prize. Most product prizes expire on December 31, 2023, unless otherwise noted. Fuel discounts are added to your U-Drive Plus fuel rewards, expiry dates may vary.

Select digital game plays will reveal a message stating that you have received sweepstakes entries. Every entry is a chance to win our $1,000 and $15,000 Christmas Cash prizes!

A captcha is a security feature on our webpage. When you click on the box that says “I’m not a robot,” some images should appear, please click on the images that correspond to the question above the pictures.

Why am I getting a CSRF token message?

This problem usually occurs because the web browser on your computer or device is probably outdated.

Here is all you need to do:

  1. Download an Up to Date Web Browser. We suggest either: Google Chrome Or Mozilla Firefox
  2. Follow the instructions on either of those links to download the browser and install on your computer.
  3. In your new web browser, go to and then click on Register to create an account or Open Game Tickets if you are already a registered U-Drive Plus member.
